Shipping policy

Letters are prepared and shipped on the 15th of each month so they can arrive in time for the following month’s theme and activities.

Order Timing:

• Orders placed on or before the 15th will receive that month’s letter.
• Orders placed after the 15th will receive the following month’s letter.

Shipping Method & Delivery:

• U.S. orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class Mail.
• International orders are shipped using reliable international postal services.
• Delivery times vary by location and postal processing times.
